So, I thought, why not give it a try? to see if they can bring me the peace of mind I’ve been craving. After handing over the business and stepping away from work, I finally have the time to explore things like this My days are often filled with endless to-do lists, back-to-back meetings, and a constant stream of notifications. I’m always “on,” juggling work, family, and everything in between as a single mom. Taking even five minutes to pause and breathe feels like a luxury I rarely afford myself. But now, with space to reflect, I realise how much I need a change.
