Nicole’s love for nature began long before FemmVoyage. As a child, she would spend hours outdoors with her father, sharing their wonder at everything they encountered along the way. They rarely returned home alone. There was often an injured bird, a small animal in need of care or another unexpected guest that needed a safe place to recover.
It was through him that she learned to look more closely, to notice the fragile beauty of the natural world and to understand that caring for animals was never simply a choice — it was something that came instinctively.
Nicole has travelled since she can remember, always drawn to places where nature speaks louder than anything else. Not the polished kind of travel. The real kind.
When she became a mother — and found herself raising Day alone — something shifted. Not a plan. A quiet promise: to show her daughter the world while it is still wild, fragile and extraordinary

FemmVoyage is shaped by two generations, each seeing the world in her own way. A shared love for nature, wildlife and the places that leave something behind long after the journey ends.
Day
Curious, fearless and always fully present. Day is fourteen years old and feels most at home close to animals, in the ocean or somewhere far beyond the familiar.
She is not simply along for the journey — she is at the heart of it.
Whether she is feeding sea turtles, riding horses into the ocean, reading the wave before she paddles out or swimming with manatees and dolphins — Day meets the world on her own terms.
