For me, beautifully manicured long nails aren’t just a beauty statement,they’re a way to make my hands feel like a piece of jewelry. It’s also where I hear about the newest clubs, nightlife spots, or hear customers, young and old, share their personal stories. For example, I recently sat next to a 71-year-old woman who eagerly told us all about her love life and her much younger boyfriend.

 The conversations range from beauty treatments to real-life stories, and it’s always interesting and full of laughter. It’s not just about nails; it’s about staying in the loop, having fun, and enjoying those moments of connection between the customers and the two amazing owners. You can’t imagine the range of stories shared nothing is off-limits, and I love it! When I sit in that chair, I always have a bit of choice anxiety—what color should I go for this time? Luckily, Laila, the talented nail artist and owner from Nailand in Antwerp, knows me well and always suggests the perfect shade for me. With a cup of coffee in hand (and sometimes even a little snack from the Thai restaurant across the street), I indulge in my little nail hour. It’s not just about getting beautiful nails; it’s about leaving with a heart full of laughter, a relaxed mind, and a renewed sense of confidence.
